Warm casserole with goat's cheese, roasted asparagus and chilli-maracuja onions
F For the first warm, relaxing evenings on the balcony or patio you should Immediately remember this delicious lukewarm cake: with gratinated goat's cheese, roasted asparagus and an exciting mix of chili and passion fruit onions, you can leave the cold season behind you. So to speak, a point landing for the summer - in the middle of the plate.
Inspired by this exciting fruity-spicy mixture I was last week. The man and I were invited to storm-free Bude Alster to lounge there relaxed over the rooftops of Hamburg under the motto "Orange Hour" in the evening. Schöfferhofer Weizen had organized the evening with delicious snacks and sofa concerts by young Hamburg artists to toast to the new summer strain Maracuja. The wheat mix is conveniently not in the giant glass, but in the handy bottle and with 2.5% vol. Ice-cooled, the whole thing does not taste artificially, but really refreshing-fruity with a subtly sweet hint of passion fruit effervescent. A really successful mixture, which for me as Nordlicht topped the classic variant "Wheat beer with banana juice" by far (sorry, girls!).
Although the evening itself was still pretty fresh and windy, we had to enjoy the great view over the most beautiful city in the world on the terrace. And as if you could plan it, the sky opened suddenly and presented - in line with the motto of the evening - a magnificent piece of orange. Hamburg, my pearl, no.
If you also want to ring in the summer at your home, then make yourself a delicious stall with passion fruit and bobble relaxed in the just so warm evenings.
Have it! ღ
